<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for recovering polycarbonate resin of high quality from waste of an optical disk (CD, etc.) in which a board is formed of the resin in high yield. CONSTITUTION:Polycarbonate resin is recovered by pulverizing waste of an optical disk in which a metal film is provided on a polycarbonate resin board so that a mean size of the pulverized particle becomes 0.1-10mm or preferably l-5mm, dipping it in basic aqueous solution of a concentration of 0.5-9wt.% or preferably 1-8wt.%, and treating it in aqueous solution at a temperature range of 30 to lower than 75 deg.C or preferably 35 to 70 deg.C, thereby separately removing a surface metal layer of the disk.</p> |
