PURPOSE:To provide a card game apparatus with enhanced interests which enables highly speedy development of games with greater room for strategy and planning of a player himself by inputting an optical card at a proper timing watching the move of an opponent without being restricted by the sequence of inputting of cards and the order of attacks to expand the contents of a game by attacking on the opponent or defending therefrom. CONSTITUTION:A bar code reader 5 is installed and allows the inputting of optional cards from among multiple kinds of attacking cards and multiple kinds of defending cards or the inputting of the optional cards at an optional timing. In addition, a game proceeding means is installed to proceed with a game according to a game program read out from an ROM 31 and a game developing means to develop an attacking skill and a defecting skill in a game program according to data read out from the cards so that a ball is moved. A judging means is installed to judge the shifting of an attacking option based on the defendable degree in the defending skill by calculating it. |
