PURPOSE:To enhance reliability, to miniaturize a device and to orderly house the excess length part of communication wire without a danger of transposition by improving the positioning accuracy of a connector. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with first and second laminated rails 32a and 32b, a sliding member 62 capable of moving along respective rails, a connector supporting part 60 capable of moving in the direction of a rail width against the sliding member 62, first and second connectors 66 and 68 supported by respective supporting parts 60, a communication wire guide 34 having a communication wire housing groove 64 arranged along both-side edges of respective rails in the width direction, and first and second robots 38a and 38b having a hand part 56 capable of selectively grasping each one of the connector supporting parts 60 and also capable of moving in a three-dimentional direction. The excess length part FX of optical fiber F extended from respective connectors 66 and 68 are arranged so as to draw a roop through the communication wire housing groove 34 of a pair of communication guides 34. |
