<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an information device which is small in size, lightweight, and thin, and convenient to carry, and facilitates panel operation by providing two ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving means on one plate surface of a nonpiezoelectric substrate, and providing a display screen which is displayed in colors on the other plate surface of the nonpiezoelectric substrate. CONSTITUTION:Information is inputted by touching a specific part of a touch panel part 1 with an input pen and information which is already stored is projected on the touch panel part 1. The touch panel part 1 consists of the nonpiezoelectric substrate 7, a piezoelectric ceramic thin plate 8, the display screen, and interdigital electrodes TX1-TX4, TY1-TY4, RX1-RX4, and RY1-RY4. The piezoelectric ceramic thin plate 8 is fixed onto one plate surface of the nonpiezoelectric substrate 7 while surrounding the edge of the nonpiezoelectric substrate 7, and the display screen is fixed onto the other plate surface of the nonpiezoelectric substrate 7. The interdigita1 electrodes TX1-TX4 and TY1-TY4 for input, and interdigital electrodes RX1-RX4 and RY1-RY4 for output are arranged in pairs having common orientation axes for surface acoustic waves.</p> |
