<p>PURPOSE: To allow a user to inexpensively store the coded electronic file on a document in few pages. CONSTITUTION: A base body sheet 32 is put with a mark with a digitally coded file and a flag, which is made recognizable by a system 30. The system 30 includes an image terminal 34 for inputting the image of a sheet, a storage area 38 and a processor 36 executing a function concerning the file, and the function stores the file in the storage area at the time of recognizing the flag.</p> |
