<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of accuracy of a temperature sensitive flowmeter due to the reverse flow of suction air. CONSTITUTION:A funnel shaped reverse flow detection suppression member 21 for reducing an effective opening area of a suction air duct 13 gradually toward a downstream side is provided at the downstream side of a temperature- sensitive resistor RH placed in the suction air duct 13. Then, the amount of air in reverse flow reaching the temperature-sensitive resistor RH is limited by the narrow opening at the tip of the downstream side of the member 21. Also, a pressure-accumulation chamber 22 for storing air in reverse flow is formed at the outer periphery part of the member 21, thus suppressing the pressure increase and the generation of suction air pulsation due to the placement of the member 21.</p> |
