POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION FOR LAMINATE, ITS PRODUCTION AND THE LAMINATE

PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having excellent heat-sealing properties and impact strength and slipperiness suitable for handling even without addition of any lubricant by mixing a specified polyester resin and a polar polymer. CONSTITUTION:The composition contains 95-50wt.% polyester resin (A) consisting of dicarboxylic acid component units containing constituent units (a) derived from terephthalic acid or its derivative and constituent units (b) derived from adipic acid or its derivative, dihydroxy compound component units containing constituent units (c) derived from ethylene glycol or its derivative and constituent units (d) derived from other dihydroxy compound or its derivative, and if necessary, constituent units (e) derived from a monomer such as a carboxylic acid having at least three functional groups and 5-50wt.% polar polymer (B).
