PURPOSE:To shape highly accurate three-dimensional matter by forming a bonding layer by upper and lower sheets impregnated with an adhesive in the pressing process of a three-dimensional matter shaping method. CONSTITUTION:An upper sheet 2Y is rapidly sent to a model tray by a feed part such as a rubber roll to be superposed on a lower sheet 2X cut into an effective region V1 and an unnecessary region V2 to be laminated. The sheet 2Y reversed on the way of feed is placed on the surface of the sheet 2X through adhesive layers 6, 8. The sheet 2X is already placed on the upper surface of a laminate of several number of sheets 2. The laminate T is pressed to the rear surface of the heater blade H arranged above the laminate and heated to predetermined temp. under predetermined pressure. By this method, the adhesive 4 interposed between the sheets 2X, 2Y is melted to be sufficiently infiltrated into both of the sheets 2X, 2Y under high pressure to closely bond the sheets 2X, 2Y mutually. |
