<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a thick film resistor wherein the resistance value changes little in its working temperature range by composing it of specific amounts of ruthenium oxide, ruthenium lead oxide nonconductive glass and vehicle. CONSTITUTION:This is put in composition of 1-9wt.% ruthenium oxide, 11-17wt.% ruthenium lead oxide, 45-60wt.% nonconductive PbO-SiO2-B2O3-A2O3 glass and, for the rest, organic vehicle that ethyl cellulose is dissolved in terpineol. Since inorganic compound is not added at all, a thick film resistive part composition where there is no fluctuation of resistance value and deterioration of other properties can be obtained. The grain diameter of ruthenium oxide and ruthenium lead oxide are respectively selected as 0.2mum or less, and the grain diameter of nonconductive glass of 5mum or less is selected. The kneaded substance is screen-printed on an alumina board and is baked. For the thick film resistor obtained, the change of resistance value is nearly 0 within the working temperature range.</p> |
