PURPOSE:To enable inputting three-dimentional space information without requiring any troublesome operation. CONSTITUTION:A sound source fixed position processing part 5 deduces the position of a sound source by sound pressure detected by respective microphones 1-4 and it is outputted as position information inside three-dimentional space. Then, voice detected by the respective microphones 1-4 is identified by a voice recognition processing part 6 and a finger operation control part 7 controls the operation state of the finger of a mechanical hand 9 by the result.
