PURPOSE:To immediately and efficiently arrange and store process information by process design personnel in a process management system by providing a process arrangement means and a process evaluation means. CONSTITUTION:A work process arranged by an element work unit in a process arrangement 2 means 4 is generally evaluated in the process evaluation means 5 and the work process is rearranged based on an obtained result. And, a display device CRT2 and a terminal equipment PC2 are installed at the position of vehicle design personnel away from the display device CRT1 and the terminal equipment PC1 and are mainly in charge of an assembly drawing decomposing step and the device CRT1 and the PC1 are mainly in charge of a process allocation step similarly. Or, they are installed at the position of process design responsible personnel and are mainly in charge of the process evaluation means 4 and the device CRT1 and the PC1 are mainly in charge of a process arrangement 1 means, a man-hour total means 2 and a process approval 1 means. Thus, since formation, updating and editing are performed with various element work records as units, the specitic element work is not overlapped or omitted. |
