PURPOSE:To reduce the sound of footsteps to be caused by stepping up and down the stairs at a low cost with simple constitution even if a step member main body is formed of a steel plate by sticking a plaster board on the rear of a riser of a staircase step member. CONSTITUTION:The required number of housing staircase step members 1 are constructed between two side girders mounted to wall surfaces, etc., designed to set stairs to constitute a staircase setting bed 11. A tread section 2 and a riser section 3 of the staircase step members 1 are formed of steel plates, and a plaster board 4 is stuck at least on the rear of the riser section 3. The surface of the staircase setting bed 11 is covered with a face 12. According to the constitution, the plaster board 4 functions as a vibration control material of the riser section 3 and a sound absorbing material, and the sound of footsteps caused by setting up and down the stairs can be reduced. |
