PURPOSE:To provide a power transmission belt with a long travel life suppressing the internal heating of a belt body even during travel in high temperature environment and excellent in bonding strength between the belt body and cores. CONSTITUTION:Hydrogenated nitrile rubber of 90 or more in Mooney viscosity value at 100 deg.C is used as the material rubber of a belt body 12 with tooth parts 14. The internal heating of the belt body 12 can be thereby suppressed even during travel in high temperature environment. A cashew deformable phenol resin layer is formed at the outermost layer of a core 13 for bonding to the belt body 12, and the cores 13 are embedded along the longitudinal direction of the belt body 12. |
