PURPOSE:To provide an internal combustion engine with a supercharger enabling much decrease of a fuel consumption ratio at the time of low load (output) by attaining the rise of scavenging pressure even at the time of low load (output) so as to bring cylinder compression pressure and combustion pressure close to the optimum design value. CONSTITUTION:In an internal combustion engine equipped with plural superchargers 1, 1, flow control valves 4 with variable opening are provided at the exhaust gas inlet of the turbine of the other supercharger excluding one supercharger and at the air outlet of a compressor 1b. A valve control device 5 is fitted to each flow control valve 4, and a controller 6 is provided to compute the control value by an engine signal and outputs a signal to the valve control device 5. |
