PURPOSE:To ensure recovery, to facilitate recycling, and to reduce the cost of a product by a method in which an upper flash engaged in a blow pin drops on an extraction plate, is introduced to a duct from a notch formed in the duct, and is recovered by being transferred pneumatically in the duct. CONSTITUTION:Ducts 1, 2 which can be closed are installed above the holding machine J for a hollow molded article MB, and the holding machine J and the ducts 1, 2 are opened to introduce the molded article MB attached to a blow pin H1. The holding machine J and the ducts 1, 2 are closed to hold the molded article by the holding machine J. The blow pin is then raised to drop an upper flash engaged at the end of the blow pin H1 by squeezing the flash with an extraction plate Q. Then, the flash is introduced into the ducts 1, 2 from the notches 11, 21 of the ducts 1, 2, and air is passed through the ducts 1, 2 to transfer the flash pneumatically in the ducts 1, 2 for recovery. |
