PURPOSE: To make a mouthpiece for inhalation therapy device which does not affect a flow of aerosol during inhalation, and which particularly prevents the aerosol from separating and enables exhalation of breath into the mouthpiece. CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to a mouthpiece for inhalation therapy device. On the base body 1 of the mouthpiece an opening 14 is provided for exhaling into the mouthpiece, so that the exhaled air can escape through the opening. It is constituted such that the opening 14 is covered with a flat and elastic valve part 12 of a check valve 11 and the elastic valve part serves apparently as a wall lacking in the base body 1. Thus, even when the valve part 12 which is flat and elastic at the time of inhaling is mounted flatly on the horizontal wall part of the base body 1 to close the opening 14, it is assured that conditions of the flow inside the mouthpiece are substantially not influenced by the opening 14.
