<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of transistor gates and to perform single clock drive relating to a master-slave flip-flop circuit. CONSTITUTION:As a switch 10 provided in the input stage of a master circuit, the one constituted of a one-side channel transistor gate is used. As the switch 13 provided in the input stage of a slave circuit, the one constituted of the one-side channel transistor gate is used. Along with them, by adjusting the drive ability of two inverters 11 and 12 constituting the master circuit, the need of the switch required by the master circuit is eliminated and the driving ability of the two inverters 14 and 15 constituting the slave circuit is adjusted. Thus, the need of the switch required by the slave circuit is eliminated.</p> |
