PURPOSE: To enhance the resolution and the S/N ratio so as to restrain occurrence of counterfeit by evaluating a global T2 from MRI data, and by applying a Wiener filter to data obtained in a spatial frequency range. CONSTITUTION: An NMR polarized magnetic field is generated in an image space 12 by an NMR magnetic structure 10, and individual MRI data sequence is normally carried out by controlling an array of gradient drivers 20. An RF response of NMR received by an RF receiving circuit 24 is inputted into an MRI image processor 26. At this time, in order to emphasize the MRI data obtained at different NMR echo times for compensating T2 and noise distortion, the value of the global TS of an object is evaluated from obtained data on the basis of averaged amplitude symmetric constraints so as to determine an amplitude frequency response function. Then, in the Wiener filter, the restoration of the amplitude of the global T2 and the noise suppression in a K space are performed.
