CONSTITUTION:A 1st mixing signal obtained by mixing left/right signals received from input terminals 26,28 at a 1st mixing ratio by a DSP 24 is fed to a left side speaker output terminal 38 and a 2nd mixing signal obtained by mixing the left / right signals at a 2nd mixing ratio changing complementarily with the 1st mixing ratio control signal is fed to a right side speaker output terminal 40. The 1st and 2nd mixing ratios are changed by the mixing ratio control signal generated from a CPU 42 depending on the operation of an operating knob 44 and a display state of LEDs 48-1-48-13 of an LED display device 48 is changed accordingly. The LED 48-7 representing a reference position is lighted in green at all times. In the complete normal stereo state, all the LEDs except the LED 48-7 are lighted in orange and in the complete inverted stereo state, all the LEDs except the LED 48-7 are lighted in red and in the monaural state, only the central LED is lighted in green.
