PURPOSE:To provide an emission CT device capable of easily obtaining a tomographic image along the OM line (the line connecting eyes and ear holes of a human body) even when a testee is rotated around the body axis. CONSTITUTION:This emission CT device is provided with a bed 4 supporting a testee H filled with R1, a detector 2 detecting the radiation emitted from the testee H, an arm 5 supporting the detector 2, an arm support section, a rotary drive section rotating the detector 2 around the body axis of the testee H when the arm support section is rotated, and an image reconstituting device reconstituting a tomographic image based on the radiation data detected by the detector 2. A light projector 9a setting the photographic reference line on the testee H or the like is provided at the required position of the arm 5.
