AGENT CONTAINING AXETIL CEFUROXIM IN PARTICLE FORM AND METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

Pharmaceutical agent with contents of axetil cefuroxime in particle form, which are coated with compact coating resistant to water consisting of lipids or of lipid mixture, insoluble in water and serving for covering of bitter taste of effective compound by peroral feeding. Coating is disintegrated and dissolved by contact with gastrointestinal liquid. Method of production of agent is in dispergabling of particles of axetil cefuroxime in melted lipid or lipide mixture, dispersion is atomized by formation of articles with compact coating and formed particles are separated.
