A luminous indicator module for spirit levels has a base body (3) that may be inserted into a cavity in the body of a spirit level or that may be mounted on the body of a spirit level, a light source (7) arranged on the base body and whose directed light beam is projected through a face of the base body (3), and a battery box (37) arranged in or on the base body (3). The battery-insertion opening of the battery box (37) may be closed on the face of the base body with a closure lid designed at the same time as a switch for switching the light source (7) on and off. |
