The device for allocating resources applies within a cellular radiocommunications network comprising a plurality of interfering cells (A) which share the same identified resources (TS1, ..., TS24). With the interfering cells being groups into reuse patterns each including a reference cell (A1) and neighbouring cells (A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7), this device comprises means for distributing these identified resources into classes, and means for attributing one of these classes (TS1, TS2, TS3) as first-priority class to a single cell (A1) of this reuse pattern.
