<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a decrease in mechanical strength of a resin composition upon formation of the resin composition by the addition of metal powder to a resin material. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition is produced by adding metal powder formed by a water atomizing method to a resin. Hence, the resin composition produced by the addition of metal powder becomes possible to improve thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, electromagnetic shielding, and abrasion resistance compared with resin compositions consisting only of resins. Furthermore, in the case of the resin composition, the metal powder is formed by a water atomizing method, so that an anchor effect on the metal powder surface increases, the specific surface area and the surface free energy of the metal powder increase, the adhesion between the resin and the metal powder is improved, and the inhibition of a decrease in mechanical strength of the resin composition becomes possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
