摘要 PURPOSE:To secure safety by generating a number of optical axes in fine intervals by the laser light within an observation range and projecting a workpiece from the observation range and suppressing the formation of the dead angle part during working, in the safety device for a press machine, etc. CONSTITUTION:When the rotary mirrors 2a and 2b are turned in synchronization by each prescribed angle, in the projection of the laser light from the laser oscillators 1a and 1b, the laser light is reflected by the mirrors 2a and 2b, and transmitted onto the parabola mirrors 3a and 3b. The laser light is projected at a constant interval from the mirrors 3a and 3b, and a number of optical axes are formed between the mirrors 3a and 3b. The laser light on one optical axis passes through the mirror 3a, 3b and the mirror 2a, 2b on the opposite side, and received by a light receiving device 5a, 5b on the opposite side through a half mirror 4a, 4b. The light receiving signal supplied from the light receiving device 5a, 5b taken into a light receiving treating means, and a light receiving data is prepared. The data signal is sent into a control part, and judged in an optical axis judging means, and if the cut-off of light is generated, a stop signal is outputted into a machine tool.
