PURPOSE:To recognize message data in the date order by receiving a message including date, storing the message in the order of earlier date, reading the message sequentially and displaying the messages in the order of date. CONSTITUTION:Upon the receipt of a message including a date via a reception circuit 10 and a timing control reception control circuit 11, a CPU 19 discriminates date such as today or tomorrow and edits messages in the order of date and stores the result to a RAM 20. When the content of the RAM 20 is read by the operation of a key entry section 17, the messages in the order of date are displayed on a liquid crystal display section 2 via the CPU 19 so as to allow the user to recognize messages in the order of date. Moreover, messages in the order of time in a day are processed similarly.
