<p>PURPOSE:To diagnose the deterioration from outside and enable the maintenance such as replacing at proper period by measuring the frequency and the intensity of the electromagnetic waves discharged from the spark by the deterioration of an armature, and comparing them with the diagnostic data to show the frequency and the intensity of the corresponding electromagnetic waves being made in advance. CONSTITUTION:A radio receiver comprises a synchronizer A, a high frequency amplifier B, a wave detector C, a low frequency amplifier D, a power amplifier E, an output part, etc., and frequency graduations are changed over to BC band, SW band, FM band, etc., before the operation of a DC motor, and the intensity of electromagnetic waves is read with a volt meter. And, a wireless set is adjusted so that the intensity to each frequency may be lowest. Next, the DC motor is operated to examine the electromagnetic waves, and in the case that the change of the electromagnetic waves is small, it is diagnosed that an armature is normal. Moreover, if the change is large and the frequency distribution is specified, it is diagnosed that it has deteriorated. As a result, the maintenance required at proper period becomes possible by investigating and monitoring the situation of the deterioration from outside the DC motor periodically.</p> |
