PURPOSE: To transfer parts which are tested object, to a testing device and to return them to a conveyor. CONSTITUTION: This transfer device comprises a frame positioned above a conveyor belt 12 and opposed to a testing device 16; a transfer head device 30 rotatably mounted to the frame; a driving means for rotating a transfer head longitudinally around a first shaft between a first position and a second position; a first pickup head 38 movably installed at the transfer head to longitudinally move between extending and retreating positions along a second shaft; and a longitudinally moving second pickup head 42. This transfer device also includes a means in which the pickup heads are driven between the respective retreating and extending positions in each of the first and second positions, and one pickup head is extended to the belt to pick up parts from the belt and to place them on the belt, while the other pickup head is extended to the testing device to arrange the parts in a testing position. |
