PURPOSE:To reduce mandays for assembling electolyzer by molding integrally an electrode plate inserted into the bottom of a case when it is molded. CONSTITUTION:A base material for an electrode plate having a specified form is plated with nickel to make a cathode plate 1. The cathode plate 1 is mounted on the core 5 of a movable side template 4 constituting a mold 3 in cooperation with a fixed side template 2, the mold 3 is closed, and a cavity is filled with a molten resin, obtaining a case 9 with the cathode plate inserted into the bottom by integral molding. At the same time, a positioning part for positioning a framed diaphragm and an anode plate is formed on the inner wall of the case 9. For making an electrolytic apparatus, after the framed diaphragm being pushed into the positioning part of one case 9, the anode plate is engaged to the positioning part through a spacer. The other case 9 with the framed diaphragm set in the positioning part is bonded with the one case 9 placing a spacer between the framed diaphragm and the anode plate. |
