PURPOSE: To obtain an electrically conductive molded product having an electrical contact capable of being easily produced by providing the metal coating connected to the molded product comprising a metal fiber reinforced thermoplastic material by a three-cornered prong to the electrical contact. CONSTITUTION: When a metal clamp 1 having artificially produced bent edges 2 and alternated three-cornered prongs 3 is together compressed, it passes through a lower conductive (outer) layer to pierce a plate. The distance (d) between the bent edges 2, 2 corresponds to the thickness of the plate 6 to which the metal clamp 1 is adapted and the metal clamp 1 is fixed on the edge of the plate-shaped molded product 6 having the thickness (d) along a line II-II by the prongs 3. The content of metal fibers in a thermoplastic material is pref. less than 20 wt.%, especially 5-10 wt.%. High-grade steel fibers are pref. used as metal fibers. The metal fibers pref. has a length of 1-20 mm and a thickness of 5-15μm. |
