The sticky and adhesive tape comprises a nonsticky polyethylene resin layer (2) formed on a side of the netting fabric (1), a thermovulcanization-type rubbery adhesive layer (3) covered on another side of the netting fabric (1), and an acrylic adhesive layer (4) formed on the layer (3). The netting fabric is pref. glass fiber, polyester fiber or nylon fiber. The nonsticky polyethylene resin is composed of 100 wt. pts. of polyethylene resin, 10-20 wt. pts. of EMA, 10-20 wt. pts. of soft resin and 0-20 wt. pts. of low molecular polyethylene resin. The tape is used in the fixation of a braun tube and a bracket.
