<p>PURPOSE:To simply correct a temperature so as to obtain a correct measured result irrespective of a change in the temperature of a sample to be inspected, to achieve a real-time continuous measurement without depending on the temper ature, to enhance functionality and to enhance measuring accuracy in a sensor device which utilizes an optical-pumping surface-plasma-resonance vibration, while maintaining the small constitution of a sensor head. CONSTITUTION:The sensor device is provided, along an optical path from a dotlike light source 1, with a colimator lens 2, a first cylindrical lens 3, a high- refractive-index prism 4 in which a metal thin film 4b, for surface plasmon excitation, coming into contact with samples 21, 22,... to be inspected is installed on one face, and a second cylindrical lens 5, and a solid-state image sensing element which is installed on a focusing plane on the rear side of the second cylindrical lens 5, is used as a two-dimensional solid-state image sensing element 6.</p> |
