PURPOSE:To provide a document output device which can easily generate and print plural kinds of document for printing. CONSTITUTION:Documents data are inputted on a word processor 1 at the time of a document editing process which print levers are specified, and then management data managing document data by the specified print levers are generated by a document data control unit 9 and registered in a document data storage part 10, and, if a print level is specified at the time of a printing process the document data corresponding to the specified print level are read out on the basis of the management data registered in the document data storage part 10 and outputted to a CPU 4. And, data for printing are outputted from the CPU 4 to a printing control unit 7 and printed out of a printer 8. |
