PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric porcelain composition, which is provided with a large dielectric constant epsilonr and a small absolute value of a temperature coefficient taur, at a low sintering temperature. CONSTITUTION:A composition shown by a general formula a(Ba1-x, Pbx)O- b(La1-y, Gdy)2O3-cTiO2 (a=11.7-21.7 mole%, b=11.7-21.7 mole%, a+b+c=100 mole, 0.01<=X<=0.65, 0.01<=y<=0.65) is used for a major component. A manganese compound is contained in the proportion of 0.05-4 weight % by metallic conversion, or a silicon compound is contained in the proportion of 0.03-3 weight % by metallic conversion. |
