The method performs sequentially the processes of manufacturing the tiled safeguard frame of roadside tree, and the tiled road mark block. It comprises a process of placing a manufaturing mold on a high speed vibrator, compressing cement mortar by vibrating the mold in 75 cps to 50 cps, and transfering the mold to a steam curing chamber; a process of curing the mold in the steam chamber for 8 hours at the temp. of 75 degree.
