The invention relates to a sensor (1) for a physical parameter, of the type comprising: - a framework (2), - a vibration coupling (seismic) mass (36) which can move with respect to the framework, - means (8) for supporting the mass (36), these being integral with the framework and elastically deformable along a sensitive axis (XS), under the action of the physical parameter, - detection means (20) integral with the support means (8), these detection means being able to supply a signal representing the physical parameter as a response to a deformation of the support means (8), and - means (50, 52, 54, 56) for protecting the detection means (20) against stress, having at least one component situated in a plane substantially perpendicular to the sensitive axis (XS), which is characterised in that the protection means are capable of allowing, in the event of a shock, reversible movement of the mass (36) with respect to the support (8) in the plane, and in the absence of a shock, positioning of the mass (36). <IMAGE> |
