<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a checkable cardlike matter, which has no defect, as in the case when metal wire is imbedded in a sign panel, and having a high security properties. CONSTITUTION:A matter to be checked 1 has a cardlike main body 2 made of non-magnetic material such as synthetic resin or the like and a sign panel 3, which is provided in some part of the main body 2 and in which the predetermined entry is written. The sign panel 3 is equipped with base material 11 mainly made of paper and magnetic polymer elements 12, which are prepared by mixing magnetic metal power with fibrous element main bodies made of polymeric material and made together with the pulp fibers of the base material in a paper-making fashion. Further, a code displaying part 6 is provided in some part of the main body 2. In the code displaying part 6, information concerning to the detection signal, which is intrinsic and obtained in response to the magnetic polymer elements 12, is encoded and recorded. The code displaying part 6 is displayed by magnetically readable recording medium such as magnetic stripe or optically readable recording medium such as bar code.</p> |
