<p>PURPOSE:To dispense with the remaining sand treatment at the time of completing the molding and to reduce the man-hour by preventing the absorption of moisture in kneaded sand in the interval of the molding completing and the molding start. CONSTITUTION:At the time of completing a series of molding process, in order to reduce the pressure in a blow head 18 to a prescribed pressure, the blow head 18 is descended with a driving cylinder 20 and press-fixed to a blow hole closing plate 29. Then, after closing an opening/closing shutter arranged to a kneaded sand charging hole 27 at the upper surface of the blow head 18, a switch valve 25 communicating with a blow tank 26 and a switch valve 31 communicating with an exhaust chamber are closed. Further, a switch valve 34 in a communicating passage 33 is opened and then, the pressure in the blow head 18 is reduced to a prescribed pressure by negative suction pressure of an exhaust blower 32 and the blow head is closed.</p> |
