<p>PURPOSE:To improve the pressure resistance and heat resistance of an integral forming type self-standing container by forming the thickness of a bottom on which a plurality of leg parts are formed in the peripheral direction as ground parts larger than the thickness of a body part. CONSTITUTION:After a lower body part and bottom part are drawing-blowing-formed for a time, using a parison of which the thickness for a lower body part is thicker than an upper body part, the whole body is biaxially drawing-blowing-formed again, and a container 1 is fabricated. This container 1 has a mouth part 11, shoulder part part 12, body part 13 and bottom part 14, and the bottom part 14 consists of a central part 14a, leg parts 14b which are formed around the central part 14a with equal intervals, and valley formed parts 14c which are located between the leg parts 14b. For this container 1, the area drawing magnification of the bottom part 14 is 3 times or more, and the thickness t2 is larger than the thickness t1 of the body part 13. By this method, the strength of the bottom part 14 with petaloid shaped leg parts can be made larger, and uneven deformations (swellings) do not generate even under a high temperature high pressure condition such as pasteurizing, and the self-standing stability can be improved.</p> |
