PURPOSE:To obtain a mold capable of controlling local curing in a large-sized molded product by providing a thermocouple and a heater for local heating in the vicinity of the cavity of a mold and calculating the curing advance degree of a resin on the basis of detected temp. and controlling the output of the heater corresponding to curing advance. CONSTITUTION:Heaters 4 for local heating and temp. measuring thermocouples 7 are arranged in the vicinity of the cavity 2 of a mold 1. The temp. signals from the thermocouples 7 are sent to a temp. detector 9 through a terminal part 6 to be taken in a process controller 10. The taken in temp. signals are sent to a calculator 11 to calculate a curing advance degree. The outputs of the heaters 4 at respective positions are controlled corresponding to the calculated curing advance degree by the process controller 10 and the curing distribution of the whole of the mold is controlled so as to become a specific distribution. Therefore, the resin in the cavity 2 is controlled so as to become a specific curing distribution even in a large-sized molded product. |
