<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method of straightening a connected cable end without moisture collecting in the penciling section of a cable insulator, after completion of a mold insulation connection. CONSTITUTION:A ribbon heater 7 is wound around the connection end of a cable core 6, and the whole of the connection end of this cable core 6 is wrapped airtightly with a vacuum oven 8. In the condition that the connection end of the cable core 6 is set this way, the inside of the vacuum oven 8 is vacuumized, while heating a ribbon heater 7.</p> |
