PURPOSE:To obtain an image of high quality without deteriorating the throughput of image records by recording an image of a single band and transferring an image of a following band in a parallel operation, and scanning the image records of a single band at a time interval allocated in accordance with a transfer time. CONSTITUTION:First, a single band of image is transferred to a host computer (H1). After the completion of the transfer, the (c) data of the first band is printed (c1). In this case, the entire image data in image memory is transferred into synchronous memory, and only the (c) image is read and printed by the control of a printer control. After t3 hours of the start of (c1), an m image is this time called out of the synchronous memory unit and printed. The time t3 represents the four equal divisions of time from the completion of transfer of a single band image of H2 since the start of printing the c1 until the start of printing the next c2. Consequently, each interval between m1 and y1, 1y1 and k1, and k1 and c2 is quite the same. Thus whole image is formed by repeating the above process. |
