PURPOSE: To realize the manufacturing of a pump more economically without losing quality by forming a working chamber casing in a panlike deep drawn sheet metal shape having no connecting portions in a one-stage ring gas pump flanged to a driving device. CONSTITUTION: A connection casing 3 having a pump sucking/feeding chamber and a sucking/feeding connecting portion communicated with the outside is connected to a motor 1 by a flange 2, a plate cam is successively provided and, adjacently to this, a working chamber casing 5 having a connection flange is provided. In this working chamber casing 5, an impeller 13 having a blade 14 attached on a shaft end 15 is rotatably housed. The working chamber casing 5 is formed in a deep drawn sheet material component shape, and an internal changing part (corner) 11 from a cylindrical portion to the connection flange 6 is formed to be round. |
