PURPOSE:To achieve miniaturization, to enhance productivity and to enable recycling by preventing a foam raw material liquid from flowing in toward the engaging elements of a surface zipper tape when the surface zipper tape embedded as a cushioning material is locked inside the recessed portion of a mold for integral molding. CONSTITUTION:A surface zipper tape 5 having a number of engaging element 51 on its front side and a number of elements 52 to be embedded on its back side is used as it is set in a mold as e.g. a cushioning material for use in an automobile. In mold-in formation, when the surface zipper tape 5 is set in the recessed portion 63 of the mold 6, the difference W1-W2 between the width W1 of the surface zipper tape 5 and the width W2 between the side walls 64 of the recessed portion 63 is made as small as e.g. about -0.5 to +2mm. Then, a foam raw material liquid is injected into the mold 6 for mold-in formation. Therefore, the foam raw material liquid is prevented from flowing in toward the engaging element 51, device miniaturization and productivity enhancement are achieved, and recycling is made possible. |
