The invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation in the form of a suspension aerosol, which contains a spray-dried product which consists of a pharmaceutical substance, a surface-active physiologically tolerable substance which is insoluble in the liquified propellant, optionally a flavour corrigent and/or a customary auxiliary, in a liquefiable, hydrogenated or partly hydrogenated fluorohydrocarbon as a propellant. The invention further relates to a process for the pharmaceutical substance preparation, which contains pharmaceutical substances which are locally active on the lungs and suitable for inhalation, for the treatment of airway disorders or asthma. |
