Arrangement of axial thrust bearings

Each bearing segment support (8-10) is positioned by means of an elastic support element (11) on a fixed basic body. Each elastic support element is placed on the centre of gravity (SP) of the bearing segment support. Each of the bearing segment supports carries at least two axial bearing segments (7) distributed symmetrically with the centre of gravity on the upper side of the bearing segment support. The ring bearing surface is divided into two concentrically adjacent tracks each with a centre part circle (5,6).
