PURPOSE:To prevent manufacturing inferiority due to bite-in of raw tire at the joint part of mold in a tire vulcanized and manufactured using a split mold by arranging projecting substance in lug groove bottoms, at the joint parts of sector molds. CONSTITUTION:A tire is vulcanized and manufactured with a split mold composed of side molds 2 coinciding with side wall parts and a plurality of sector molds 1 coinciding with a crown part and divided in the crossing direction of the circumference. In this case, on the section of lug groove bottoms 5 at the joint parts 4 of the molds 1, projecting substance 6 is arranged. Meanwhile, a plurality of lug grooves extending in the crossing direction of the tire are circumferentially arranged in both side zone of grounding face of a tread. When the joint parts 4 in the crossing direction between the molds 1 divided on the circumference of the lug groove coincide with the lub groove bottom 5, projections are arranged on a part of the lug groove bottom 5 directly facing to the joint parts 4 in the grounding face of the tread. |
