PURPOSE:To simplify the procedure of sending a direct mail by acquiring the subscriber's number of a caller, obtaining the address and the name of a subscriber and printing a label for sending the direct mail by a direct mail sending request reception device when a customer dials the telephone number of a desired direct mail service. CONSTITUTION:A direct mail requesting person calls the number of the direct mail request reception device 3 registered beforehand from a telephone set 1. A telephone exchange network 2 connects the call and informs the device 3 of the subscriber's number of the telephone set 1 and the control part 32 of the device 3 urges the requesting person to input the code number of desired information or the like by a voice message. When the requesting person inputs the code number from the telephone set 1, the control part 32 retrieves a telephone directory data base part 31, acquires the address and name of a sending destination and stores them in a file. Thereafter, a printing part 33 is driven and the label for sending is printed. |
