PURPOSE:To easily perform maintenance inspection operation of a dispersed power supply system and at the same time readily discover the abnormality and failure. CONSTITUTION:An inverter 3 converts DC input from a solar cell 2 into AC output for testing and then feeds it to a protective device 4 when testing the protective device 4 and a testing instrument 7 reads the output of the protective device 4 to diagnose the protective device 4, thus eliminating the need for feeding a large amount of electricity for testing from the testing instrument to the protective device, miniaturizing the testing instrument and easily performing maintenance inspection operation, and easily performing maintenance inspection. |
