<p>PURPOSE:To hold the secrecy of an operation program, to protect data and to simplify operation selection based upon a menu by using both of menu management using passwords and the management of usable terminals. CONSTITUTION:This menu using right managing system is constituted of a menu management file 3 registering a menu item in each passward, a usable terminal managing file 5 registering a usable terminal in each password, a menu maintenance means 2 and a usable terminal maintenance means 4 for maintaining these menues and terminals, a menu control means 6 for retrieving the file 5 by each password, and when a terminal concerned has been registered, extracting the menu item of the password concerned from the file 3 and displaying the extracted menu, and a password input processing means 1 for displaying a password input picture as an initial picture in response to a connection request from each terminal and starting the means 2 in the case of a menu maintenance password from a managing terminal, starting the means 4 in the case of a usable terminal managing passward, or starting the means 6 in other cases.</p> |
